* SECURITY UPDATE: Optimizer spatial scan and decimal bounds - debian/patches/CVE-2024-21130_CVE-2024-21163_CVE-2024-21171.patch: The patch excludes spatial indexes from index-only key selection and keeps decimal aggregate scale within the computed precision before calculating binary size.
